I invoice 50% of the project price at the start and 50% at the end. For larger projects, instalments and the billing schedule can be agreed separately.
Yes. When maintenance ends, the site is taken down and is no longer online through my maintenance. If you wish, you get the project's HTML file. The design and the site are always yours, and you can have them if you want. Publishing the site again requires arranging hosting elsewhere.
The number of pages is fitted to your company's needs. Tell me what content the site will have and I'll make you a quote. The site can also be expanded later, and not everything has to be done at once.
